what do I need to do differently for the system to recognize that I HAVE started the course twice now. I’ve completed the welcome, introduction and lessons 1 and 2.
Hi Terri, you can click the button in each lesson to mark the lesson complete. There’s no way to show that you have started the course twice. Regardless, it won’t affect your certification because we will base in the workbook and other requisites. Thank you.
