  • I found this whole course very valuable. It reinforced many of the attitudes of Mindfulness and how to impart them to our students. I am skilled at instruction, but deepening and trusting in the attitudes is the gold. I have been running a 6 week course on Mindful living. I am in the 3rd round, and I found that I can augment and strengthen some of the key points in my teaching with this material, as it was straightforward and well explained. Very grateful for this course at this time in my teaching evolution.

  • Wow! I had already read the book before following these audio sessions. I found that I gained SO much by participating in the audio sessions so my grateful thanks to you for providing these. I know that this second course truly has helped me to ‘close the loop’ so to speak and has given me the tools I need to continue practicing and to continue teaching. Thank you and Namaste!

  • This guide has been so helpful in understanding ways to guide mindfulness meditations and reinforce that I can do this. I am so excited to continue my own practice and growth and to share with others. Thank you!

  • Thank you for this course.
It was very educational and uplifting. I’ve joined this mindfulness certification group weeks ago and it’s been one of the greatest experiences , I’ve had.

  • Thank you for this comprehensive guide. It was very helpful and offered valuable insights that I look forward to using in my own practice. It will also enhance my interactions with students and support their journeys.

  • I am grateful for the teachings in these chapters in guiding mindfulness practices. I learned the importance of embodying presence, guiding with simplicity, and fostering psychological safety. The emphasis on allowing space for direct experience—rather than trying to “perform” as a teacher—was especially meaningful. I also appreciated the reminders about how to meet common challenges like distraction or discomfort with compassion. Overall, these teachings deepened my understanding that effective mindfulness guidance arises from authenticity, humility, and trust in the practice.

    • Very well said Dominique. This course and guide have been very insightful. I’m realizing the importance of my own daily practice in order to be truly authentic and fully embody the attitudes of mindfulness.

  • Thank you! This course made me think about being and doing modes in my ordinary life. Also I find it very valuabe material about how to guide mindfulness meditations and I plan to use it.

  • Thank you for your teachings and others responses, always inviting me to look a bit deeper, to self-reflect on the meaning of mindfulness. The hardest yet the most fulfilling aspect of my practice is about integrating presence. How I show up physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Sometimes all these aspects of body and mind are not quite in alignment with each other. The most simple and conscious act that I put into place is ‘breathing’, breathing in and breathing out, pausing and doing the same again. What happens is often miraculous, my body and mind are connected, feeling the feelings without judgement and without looking for answers. The breath acts as an anchor, reduces distractions and keeps me in the present moment.

Actively engaging with all my senses is as easy as it is difficult, accepting my whole person without judgement is one of the most beautiful gifts and benefits of mindfulness meditation. Practicing with others and connecting spititually is DIVINE PRESENCE.

  • I am back to this part, reviewing how I am making “progress”, and finding a gradual and continuous change in my practice. It is helpful to have this guidance in sharing my experience with other people.
