I found this whole course very valuable. It reinforced many of the attitudes of Mindfulness and how to impart them to our students. I am skilled at instruction, but deepening and trusting in the attitudes is the gold. I have been running a 6 week course on Mindful living. I am in the 3rd round, and I found that I can augment and strengthen some of the key points in my teaching with this material, as it was straightforward and well explained. Very grateful for this course at this time in my teaching evolution.
